In his role as Managing Partner of FTG Development, Mr. Tamince is responsible for developing new real estate projects and assessing new target developments for the group. He has successfully completed the development of numerous key destinations, including Tersane Istanbul in Turkey, Rixos Emerald Shores in Saudi Arabia, Rosewood Hotel in Maldives as well as other large scale mixed-use and all-inclusive destinations worldwide. In addition to his project development expertise, Mr. Tamince is actively involved in the Asset Management and M&A processes of existing key property developments within the group. 

Mr. Tamince also plays a significant role in managing the strategic partnership between the FTG Group and related parties. He provides guidance on seeking and establishing new strategic business partnerships to expand the group's reach and presence.
