Rixos Maldives

Rixos Maldives project will be built on a total land area of 48,8 ha. The Project will include 168 villas, restaurants with 10 different concepts, family and kid entertainment areas, sports facilities and SPA areas.

There will be a main lagoon to create a main beach area for the guests with calm, high swim quality water. Welcoming Lagoon providing a differentiated and unique arrival experience compared to other private island resorts.
Villas will have an unobstructed view from each guestroom as well as maximized privacy and swimmable sea depth & quality.

On water villa product, differentiating from its main competitors, which is connected to the land with private beach , instead of creating double load pier that would diminish privacy and uniqueness.
