Tersane İstanbul

Tersane Istanbul is a mixed use project to be built on a total land area of 26,6 ha (266.400 sqm) and a 761.810 sqm total construction area including 1.000 Residential units, 4 Hotels consisting of 1.600 keys, Office units, Retail units, car parking, cultural, religious and marina usages.

​Retail units will be located on ground floors of buildings and some buildings will be used as department stores. Some parts of the shopping centre will be located on basement floors. Total construction area of the units will be 144.499, and total leasable area will be 111.149 sqm including a 10.000 sqm open area.
